All rates apply only to advance reservations.

Rates DO NOT apply to conventions, holidays, weekends or one-night stays.

Deposit of 50% of rental is required to confirm your reservation. Balance is due 3 weeks prior to your stay - or CASH ONLY.

Deposit is applied to the last day of your stay.  DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

NO REFUNDS on early checkouts, no shows, cancellations or weather.

All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, causes beyond our control.

All rates are subject to New Jersey tax, applicable tourism tax and resort fee.

Absolutely No Bicycles or Pets in rooms. STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Use of roller skates, roller blades, skateboards, and scooters are prohibited on property.
